i lied to my parents and not coming home early to go to this full moon party,well ive thought about the excuse way early in the planning stage of the trip, calling mom saying that the waves are too choppy and it wasnt safe to come back yet. done. Things were all going fine as planned. The idea of going to this party with my partner is fucking awesome but, boy was i wrong all along.

now, i was all set to go to this party which i heard alot from other people saying that it is 'lain daripada yang lain', so why not give it a shot. I felt good and my girl was so pretty being her wearing the dress i bought her for the party. Before we left, we had some magic mushrooms just to 'get in the mood' but that night, maybe i had a tad toooooo much of it.

i didnt feel that good, but i dont want to ruin her night aswell, so i carried on walking on the beach heading towards this party. Its not hard to miss the party, drawing crowds with its blinking laser lights and noise. its like ants picking up signals for sugar or sumthing. After arriving, the beat was pumping so hard that you feel it was squeezing your heart. i said to her that i didnt feel that good and i made her pretty upset being a party pooper. her face changed. She grabbed my hand and pulled me into a crowd of animals who were dancing their hearts out. Trust me, it wasnt a nice sight. You need to be on something to atleast go through it.

the effect of the shrums kicked in, and everything was sketchy...and i cant feel my legs. next thing i know, i was lying down and she was franticly calling out for help. nobody seems to care. she was crying. at that point i was feeling much better, much lighter. but only to realised that i saw my body on the ground. then, it only hit me...that maybe im dead. i looked like i had a heart attack or sumthing.

was i scared?..not really, eventho u know your time has come, it has a peaceful feel to it. but thats all about to change. a local guy came and started giving CPR..and i cant really describe you...but im not sure whether im alive or dead anymore.

for a moment i saw my girlfriend crying and say how sorry she was...but the next i saw my family was 'mandikan' my jenazah. My family looked so sad. My mom cant stop crying. But i went back to the present scene..where my gf was calling out my name and i realised i was in a car...i was Screaming my heart out when someone touches my body..or even skin...it feels like you're being electrocuted or sumthing.but nodoy can hear me scream. then the scene changed, i see my body was being wrapped with cottons while 'kafan'. only then then pain eased abit. Again, i was back in the car..only realising that she had wrapped me with her cardigan and she was crying still. now i get it when people say be gentle with the jenazah. Because the slightest touch was bloody painful to me.

I realised that i was in 'The tunnel' but i suddenly the light at the end of the tunnel, slowly fade away. and i cant remember what happend next. i woke up in a hospital bed the next day before they let me go.

okay, here's the thing. its 6.47am on a sunday and i havent been able to go to sleep. ive been having this fear of going to sleep and never waking up again. maybe its the things ive done in the past who comes back and haunts me while eating bits of me without me realising it. i dont like this feeling to be honest. and everynight i'll pray to God to forgive me. But i realised that the more you want to be a good servant of God, the harder it gets. the tests that you'll be facing, forcing you to choose either to hold tightly or succumb to devil's sinly sweet sayings. Trust me, there are times you fail and break your own principles which wrecks you inside making you feel you just wanna let go and not bother, but there is such thing as religion which makes you wanna stand up and sort yourself out. Im not saying im a self-righteous bastard and commit no sin. Sometimes i just feel like i dont know who to talk to, and i know having a little chat with God is devine, but what if you feel useless because you know that you are gonna commit more sin. God will obviously know that you are not sincere when you ask for Taubah no?

Please God. Dont you give up on me.

well, the first time i met Yasmin was at the Nokia mobifilm competition 06 and she was one of the judges. She made it so simple for me to approach her...well..she joined me with the rest while they were having their ciggie break.

when they announced that i won the competition(well theres 2 winners that will represent Msia), Yasmin whispered, "Yours is number 1". and later, when we were outside chatting somemore, she asked me how was i gonna go back? and i sed im not sure yet, i have to call up my mom. She terus offered a ride home, since she stays in Subang aswell. See, the level of kindness that she has is beyond expectation.

and i remembered that we talked about stuff, and i mentioned that i was in drama team back in school and yada yada yada...she sed that i should continue what im doing which is making films, so that you could share it with the rest and convey a message that could give an impact to others. she sed actors are like cows...u just direct them. (well she was obviously joking) and we laughed.

theres loads more, but ill just put this one for now.

im just sad that she has to go, baru orang nak recognise her contribution. kalau tak, ban her films on cinema and say stuff about her. But, she just laughed about it, and peoples mouth were shut with the amount of awards that she won overseas. Baru orang nak acknowledge. Rather, people acknowledge actor or films yg tah hape hape. Cmon people. its time to open up your narrow minds.that made me feel not wanting to go bck to Msia when i travelled around europe. and i guess its a sign that Faris didnt manage to go to London and i didnt imagine that i was goin to attend her funeral at all before this. Just thinking about how God works his magic, is incredible.

Thanks for everything. eventho i am not the closest to you, but you've made an impact in my life and many others. It was an honour to get to know you, to share ideas, and for you to give all the advice. Your kindness is one of a kind and i guess i was blessed to get the chance to have experienced it. we encounter different experience in life, well yeah, if not life would be boring wouldnt it?. and i believe that we were made that way to share the experience with one another, advice, comfort, or probably agree to disagree with one another.

and probably the reason why i dont blog about my Umrah experience is maybe i dont want people thinking that "ouh he just got bck from umrah and now he's the head imam all of a sudden" or i dont want people to have an expectation for me to change " tgk tu, balik umrah, still pakai sluar pendek lagi" . but if u ask me personally, i wouldnt mind telling you how the whole trip was.

i feel that my Umrah experience was FANTASTIC and to anyone who has the chance to go there for the first time or to visit again, i suggest, please do go!. because, like an ustaz in my tour group said when i told him i was abit nervous about umrah, he sed;

" takut tak cukup ilmu? sampai bile tu? saya ni pon ustaz tak semestinye dah cukup ilmu, dan ini ada panggilan Tuhan. Bukan semua orang dapat ni, orang2 kaya ade je yg tak pernah sampai sini, tp ade je petani yg boleh sampai ke sini."

i guess im not able to put the whole experience in words, and ive posted pictures on my facebook and i know thats the furtherst i can bring the Kaabah to you. next, is your move.

and like i told Moony, when we talked about a gay issue, i have nothing against them, but as we know, it is not allowed in Islam. and i have gay friends aswell, but its how you try conveying the message or da'wah to them. nowadays the da'wah is so strict which goes " oh kau mcm ni, masuk neraka!" but i feel its not the suitable method. Rasulullah was a kind and soft spoken person, and look at the numbers of muslim now. Amr ma'ruf nahi Munkar which means enjoin good and prevent evil. and everyone's doing in the world is between him and God. its their own battle. they have to face it own their own. and hey, we all do. We have our own battles too in this life, where God tests us in different ways and sizes. BUT we have to fight on our own. not to sit down and do nothing about it. not to succumb to it and settle with defeat. I have mine too. and im fighting aswell.

Maybe the Holy places gave me spiritual healing and peace at the same time. but i realised that when you come bck to ur daily life, you are again being tested. and God do this to see whether you're worthy to enter Heaven. not because He hates you. not because He likes to pick on you. He is testing you to see whether you are worthy to enter Heaven. simple as that."A Gift Without an End".who doesnt want that?

so i hafta fight this battle properly, and i fall back on my friends to keep me happy and sane. and it helps alot. so i shall keep these people close to me. very close.

yesterday was nad's bday aswell as a graduation party.
and i guess this is it. the point where everyone chooses their own path.
eventho its 1 sem senior, they are the people whom i met in matrix first.
there is a bond among us. at least for the people who choose to stay close.
and i have my set. i realised that there are many characters in life, that you need to go thru it because naturally, u have to show up for class one way or another,
so theres laughs, blood, sweat, tears, dramas and being put in line for us to overcome.
and i guess it depends on how you deal with all the bullshit that comes to haunt you.
and as we know, people change. ive seen it happend infront of my own eyes, but hey,
at least you know that the person has a good side, even if its long time ago. and how you tolerate each other. coz feelings will shut off all the thinking from your head and gives all the shots to be called by your kepala lutut. but hey, they are feelings. i myself cant figure that puzzle of life yet. couldnt be science. and how glad are we to be blessed with friends. i know i might not be the richest guy , or smartest guy around, but i thank Allah for He blessed me with many people whom i call friends. from all different ages and places. i always hold on to this words "it will be akward if you make it akward" and i guess it applies to all other stuff. "it will be easy if you make it easy"...easy for what?..to meet up, to keep in touch, etc. and i will surely miss Alan coz we were close since matrix and he's hellofa friend. we'll see what happens in the next chapter aite.
congrats to my friend who's graduating! and u guys have to go work dah. haha. so make sure that your first pay check is used to belanja ur family and ajin. haha!

right....this is a guide for all standard 1.3 myvi drivers (and i mean tak tukar rims lagi pon).

Ever wondered how far you can go after the fuel light started blinking?

well last week i was talking to maryam's bf goin back from sarah's birthday dinner. His fule light was blinking and i asked "sempat tak kita nak sampai subang ni bai?" He replied "errm..sempat kot..aku baru isi spoh hengget before i left subang" (mmg sempat sampai la kan) .......he continued "tapiii..aku gi shah alam dulu la sebelum aku dtg KL". GULP!

He's a new driver, so otai lama kene la kasi tunjuk ajar skit kan.. i said to him that i'll usually reset the trip meter once my fuel light starts blinking. And from there, you have about 30km to go (becoz 1 bar is approx 30km) before you have to desperately (and probably start cuaking) search for a nearest petrol station.

BUT tonight, I had the chance to know how far you can ACTUALLY go.
you have a reserve tank of 12 km kawan2!

My Black Maria stopped at 42km after the lights started to blink.

And how do i manage to know this you ask??

Ive been watching a documentary 'The arrivals' (*which you ppl have to watch and i will tell you about it in a separate note) and it got me thinking about ALOT of stuff...and what runs in my mind often is the word 'moderate'.

Notice that Islam has emphasised on moderation? and it does make the big picture clearer. Its best that you keep everything in moderation so that your senses aren't biased and your judgments are accurate.

when is my time?

i think about death almost everyday.thinking whether what we've done is enough to make it thru...thinking about doing good to people...thinking of when my time is...and how will i go...thinking whether by then i would have reached my goals, whether i died because of cancer or an accident or just in my sleep..thinking whether i managed to say things to the people that matters to me most..

will people feel the loss?
or will people only feel that one of their acquaintance have left them?

everyday i feel that i wished that i could get to know a person better so that they could get to know me aswell..

i went in the liang again today...a friend asked me.."oh must be your first time?" but nah, ive been there before couple of times to lay family members which had left early.close family members that is...and its terrifying to see where you're gonna end up one day.

that one day. God knows.

today Eddin's mom passed away. i got the call in the morning and went straight to his house. he used to be my classmate and we shared our fare share of friendship moments, and even if i dont hang as much with him as i used to, it feels that it was yesterday that we lepaked. and to lose a mother is a big thing. i cant imagine, honestly. sometimes i pray to God not to see that day and take me first instead. but this is all in His hands and plans. I feel sad that most of our friends didnt go. its either they dont know or they have other plans on today. but its good to see friends at your side. yeah, when my cousin passed away, i wanted a friend to come and eventho i know that ill be busy that day and dont have time to talk or anything, but its calming to see that you have friends that you can fall back on. but she didnt. but its ok. i cant be expecting the world kan.

again, i would like to express my condolences to Eddin and his famiy for their loss.

This year God has blessed me and my family with cars!
well, my dad was chosen to be one of the judges for NST's Cars bikes & trucks CAR OF THE YEAR 2008.
i wasnt really keen with the idea.because minyak mahal and all.but like shaf sed.who has the privillege to drive different cars every week.I DO! well my dad la actually.tapi ko ingat bapak ko nak bagi drive keter2 mahal yg dia beli gune duit sendiri? tak dapat jack.

so basically, dapat byk keter untuk di lenjan. hurmm..with the help of 2 more test drivers i.e my brother and me.haha
it has been goin on since mid year dah..malas to blog abt it,cars such as;

, but one car has made me fallen head over heels. so im goin to share with you people my new love interest.

BMW 1 series M edition (135i)

This car is hot as hell.

smaller than the new saga, fitted with a 3 litre engine. the exact engine they throw in the x6.
whhoooaaa....the smell of the leather makes you feel you're in a luxury car, the engine roars at your command, the G that you feel when you step the gas never fails to make your heart beats faster, and the smooth handling shows how graceful the beast can be.

enough of the sweet talking. i call it baby bluu..lol..shut up.

the gear changing was impressive that car, it was like you're driving a stick.

eventho it is a lil basic comparing to the other BMW, but i like it.because it reminds you that you're in a sporty car, who doesnt really care about fancy buttons.no beating around the bush.just straight to the point. its a really really fast car. i wont compare it to other cars coz its in his own league. a 3 litre engine in a car slightly longer than a satria.what do you expect.it will fly. IF it had wings.

i brought my friends on a drive.and it was complete silence when i floored the pedal. and the sound of relief came after i slowed down. i got alot of looks from other cars. so if you have this car...then you can drive around and be like joey "how u doin?" and i did get a lot of challenges from wajas, hondas, and even kancils! tapi i know that theres no point racing with them.coz i'll be faster. so if kene cucuk, pegi tepi, bagi dia lalu, pastu cucuk dia balik. hahaha.

its a really beautiful car, and its simple and elegent. sports rims dia garang and basically its a safe car, with the brakes being responsive and accurate, you will feel like the car is glued to the ground. the suspensions are racing spec, so expect a stiff ride, but the bucket seat compensate abit la..but ah tak kisah.

im not gonna blabber with the full spec of the car.you can check it out for yourselves on the net. The price on the road is somewhere around rm400+ k. what do u expect?..M tuned kot.

it brings me to another issue why cars in malaysia are so bloody expensive.300% tax just to support our local car maker. so that we are able to buy cheap local cars for the expense of safety and comfort? Proton has to wake up and smell the coffee. please la improve. the R3 guys are good..no doubt, but i would like to know who approves the designs before the cars go into production?.. no offence. but dude.cmon man. you can do better. like beda's dad sed, car industry is not malaysia's specialty, so lets focus on what is.

Yesterday was a good day of food and company.
Loads of food, catching up, laughs, traffic jam, and heavy rain.
i was on a mission to go to all the open houses that i was invited to. which was 7.
but i managed 5. still i didnt get to see all of my friends coz ada yg dtg awal, ade yg datang lambat, so missed a few. in the end i managed to go 5 houses yesterday.
started at 2 and ended at 1am.

i dunno why i am so stressed up right now, but i cant seem to find anything that could mitigate the level. mostly busy with uni, hence the lazyness to post anything. i even hardly get to hang with my friends nowadays. but its ok. pelan-pelan kayuh. on top of that, lately the feeling of guilt keeps haunting me. as you may know, my mom is on the road to recovery, and my sister went back to US recently, so now there's no one really to look after my mom. My dad's based in Tganu (if mom follows, she'll still be alone during daytime) my brother's working (so....), my grandma's at kampung preparing for raya( my grandma's old aswell and kesian dia kot), and there's me (except that i have classes). buttttt....my mom wants somebody to teman her tido. It will be hard for me to go to uia in the morning as my classes are early and u have to go thru the mad jam. but shes staying in my toksu's house so that at least someone is keeping her company. So the guilt kicks in when i wanna stay in campus to study, coz mid terms is goin on, coz im the kind of person who cant simply study anywhere and it takes me a long time to adapt to new situations. ya. i know. lame. but thats reality man..sorry. so sometimes its killing me that i have loads of work to do and to study, but the fact that you want to be there for your family.for your loveones.but you know u cant coz you still have work to do, exams to study, and classes to go to.

Mars texted me saying that theres a talk by Tony Blair and bla bla bla last friday. So i went. with Moony, Shaf and Hana. It was held at Mandarin Oriental and Sultan Azlan Shah was gonna be there. Ok..the thought of the grand event was one thing...Tony blair is another!!!...but then, there was somthing wrong somewhere. Tony Blair is gonna talk about 'Upholding the rules of law : A reflection' ?? suddenly there was anger and hate rushing thru my body. Bloody hell, did somebody called the wrong guy? I mean, war on Iraq people. and he's gonna talk about human rights? so i went there with more curiosity rather that excitement really.

The first part of his speech about his experience before being PM was quite good, but then again, he is a politician. He is expected to talk well, but as he was going to the next part, he was justifying what he did was what he HAD to do.

Few 'older' people who i think was from some bank or firm was nodding in front of us.

and we were giving tony a 'warm' welcome from behind..lol

He ended his speech.everyone applauded. Shaf shouted from his seat "buuullllsheeeett" .obviously tony didnt managed to hear that. but alot of people around us did! lol

well i agree with Mahathir. he's a war criminal. and maybe inviting him to give that talk on THAT topic was a big mistake.

i know this is kinda late, but id like to thank everyone who wished me on my 21th birthday. It was a normal day like no other due to the fact that i had a paper on the 13th.which ..yeah..sucky abit to have on your bday week.but its all good.

well honestly,ive dont really celebrate my birthday in a grand manner.but this year, ive turned 21. and GOD im old edi...haih

and just today i went back to my old high school to visit my old teacher, whom i heard set to retire this friday, but since im off to Bandung this Wednesday, and i cant make it,might aswell drop by and pay him a visit. well he looks the same, with just more white hairs. with his reputation of being the most fierce teacher (well he goes to Jaya PJ,which is the nearest shopping mall for students and catch them when they wanted to fly) . But he was the QM teacher.which i was in it since form 1, so there was somekind of a love and respect for a man like that.

walking down the steps which you once dread to do every day for 5 years again gives me a tingle and you could still smell the place unchanged since you were last there.and when a couple of students came running down the stairs pass me by, a shadow of you with sepia background ran down the stairs with them too. fuh. only you realized what and idiot you are rushing down to the canteen for the sake of being 1st to get your food, or how you dress, and how you talk to your friends, it was a good feeling tho. bearing the fact that once you wished not to set foot in school again la kan.lol.

so id like to thank you, Mr Agis, for being a legend.for the past,present and future.

well..we cant blame em.coz we cant actually control the market price. even Raja Petra said in his blog its not their fault.even if Anwar Ibrahim was the PM, the prices would still go up.

tapi.it pisses me off that the announcement was aired at 8pm on prime time news.at least bagi la chan nak isi minyak for the last time dulu.but i managed to get my car filled up.but i didnt had time to get petrol for my moms car.

and after this. everything will be more expensive. food, services and what not.

and i was wondering, petronas exports oil. and imports cheaper ones, coz it seems that our oil is of high quality. so why cant they just sell the petrol abit higher.and use the profit to balance the imported ones.just a thot la.

so.ive come up with some ideas that would save you!

1. car pool every single time you can. (but susah kalau you find the other person annoying or vice versa)

2. use public transport (but even you knw our trains and buses are hopeless, cant rely on it if u're in a hurry)

3. switch your cars to NGVs (well..then gadoh lak dgn taxi drivers on long queues)

4. start buying hybrid cars. that could switch petrol and electric according to situations. (but then cars are all mahal and the AP issue will come up again)

Honestly speaking, im not interested anymore to read the papers these days.the reason being, is that the first front 10 pages is about politics. not that im pro-Gov or pro-Pakatan, i feel that politicians often use opportunity to say this and that just to prove a point. I just feel that everyone should just do what they're elected for. not to condemn others. not to establish government by switching parties. but come to think of it, sejak bila Msian politics have been ok. remembering those days, the opposition was the opposition, and they would say anything to object. Objecting everything. Politicians should also be more sensitive to either religion or race issues. Im not trying to be racist here, but the non-muslims have no say whats right whats wrong, or what it should be. Both BN and Pakatan leaders have commented on the issue. All i have to say is, Respect peoples beliefs, if u want yours to be respected. Aite? The younger generations dont know about 13May which is seen to be a taboo here. Again, im not being racists here, but if u study back your Sejarah, you will come to realize why malaysians can be tolerant with each other.

lets not start with the parliament debates. you can see that these people that we call leaders, can be so childish at times. ada ke politicians say " ha kalau berani bangun la! " ko ingat ni kat mamak ke? its the freaking parliament for God sake. here i strongly feel that malaysia should look at how the UK's parliament, which is much more effective than gadoh je. Once coming out from the parliament doors, enemy shook hands. If you can shake hands with the fella, im sure you can debate professionally.

and the Judiciary has to do something to gain public confidence again. Even if they introduce a new system to elect judges, if the people in it is not effective, you will still encounter the same problem. Dont blame the system.

after 10 pages of politics in the papers, then only you'll see todays news. like today, a woman was stabbed and left bled to death. amazingly the suspect was caught.he was beaten up before given to the police. kalau aku, aku langgar dia skit, crush some bones by driving over and stuff. by that time he'll end up in ICU. and another snatch theft case caused a woman and her son in critical state.haih.i was so pissed after reading it. but as sick as i might sound, i might be justified. I mean, not to insult the police, but, there are far TOO many cases to be handled to be compared to a mere snatch theft case.

Im not writing this to be charged under sedition act, but just to share my point of view.

new characters, unheard lines, some scenes are cool, some..erm..u feel that u can just delete it from the directors cut.. but.. there must be a reason why the director put it there right?..

lol...why im talking abt directors and films and scenes is bcoz i attended the BMWshorties judges workshop.and there i realized, afta few fellas who were in the very competitive mode, i find that, the real idea of making a shortfilm, or anything for instance like music, or whatever, u make it to get the satisfaction of yourself, and not on how to know how to make the judges like ur film...haih.there was this one guy who asked just that to every single judge, which pissed me off.
and one of the judge said if thats the case, then dont do a film at all, if u dont do it for yourself, thats why there is such things as indie films and film fests, it is to cater for the movies which are not going to the cinema. as for the comercial films, they have oscars and stuff. so its 2 diff genre all 2gether. Raymond Red, Tan Chui Mui, Zahir, and Ida Nerina was the respective judges.

but as a whole, the workshop was fantastic, we get to know new people, and make new friends.as for me, i want to enter the competition, but finals is just the corner. I didnt take pics, coz i was suffering somthing which is LACK OF SLEEP.lol.afta the bicara hati session that was held till the late hours of the morning between moony faris and me.twas fun.

sab left for aussie ....again. haih. sad.

well my holidays has just ended. and as a student, u can never have too many holidays,but there are certain times u feel that you've alot more to do and u have no more time.but i did alot of things this hols considering little amount of time and id like to thank everyone who has made this holiday enjoyable.it was sorta a "musical" hols with the yuna, ock and i attended the whitney housten slot..and shaggy was great..with the energy he brings on stage.my search for a vocalist is still on going,and im telling you that it is hard to find one..so whoever can sing...restepa! kalau tak aku dah lama dah nyanyi..tapi aku tau aku nye suara sedap ah..tapi ada orang yg lg hebat dr aku..lol...

well honestly, i cant remember when was the last time i had this much fun.
i hung out with friends ALOT this week.probably its because some of them are leaving for overseas and some i just got to know better.old and new friends.and yeah,it does takes up some of your time, but its all good! i hope that im not changing, im sure im still the same, in some aspects or so. i dunno why im writing this, but i remembered writing is therapeutic, and once in a while u need the sessions. busy as hell these days.with assignments and test due before raya is a bitch. and i noticed that i am still picky about my food. dunno why, im like that kot. if my mom's cooking needs abit more salt or..too much sugar, i'll say to her.but she'll scold me,and say im gonna get diabetes if i carry on like this.ahahaha. i felt the gap has not changed but i guess all i can say is im sorry for what ive done, and it wont work if i tepuk sebelah tangan right? but what to do. life goes on. yea, life's a bitch. once there was this uncle said this "if you let life control you, then u'll get hurt. you have to control life". make a difference according to faris, yeah, i agree, we play our own roles.but i like the hanging out 'session' we just had.was fun, stressless, and again i cant remember when was the last time my cheeks hurt bcoz of laughing.probably its because what happend earlier?..i dunno. guess so. but mars and opu left for the UK.sigh. gonna miss them.but its ok.since mars and i, we're gonna open up a firm together, i guess its all cool! but im being realistic here, that you cant make the whole world like you.just go with the set of which u are enjoying. for the ones u feel its worth it to go all out for. the rest? just go with the flow. ok lah.its 330am and im sure i can wake up for sahur ni.and i wanna stop crapping.but uuuuuUuu i met her just now.finally.but i am sorry if i treated u badly, i really wish that we could get along like how we used to.to my friends who left edi...i miss u guys man.sumpah! and next to leave is ADAM.gonna miss him too.
